Is my data mine?: Yes. Export your customers and devices to CSV any time, and download every test report PDF. No export fee, no waiting on support.
What happens if I cancel?: You keep everything. A canceled account can still log in, export your customers and devices to CSV, and download every report PDF you have already made. You just cannot log new tests or send reminders until you subscribe again. We do not hold your records hostage.
Do you file the reports to my water district?: No. You still file the same way you do today. We prepare the completed test report so filing takes minutes instead of an evening at the desk.
Does it work on my phone?: Yes. It is built for a phone in a mechanical room first. Big buttons, readable text, and a half-typed test is never thrown away.
I'm on Syncta now. How hard is the switch?: Export your data from Syncta as a CSV, upload it here, check that the due dates look right, and you are set. If you get stuck, email us and we will walk you through it.
