- Do I need a card to start?
- No. The 14-day trial starts when you sign up. We only ask for a card if you decide to subscribe.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- If you subscribe, it is $29 a month from then on. If you do not, reminders stop going out and you cannot log new tests, but your data stays put and you can export it any time.
- Are there really no per-test fees?
- Really. $29 a month covers every test you log, whether that is ten a month or a thousand. The price does not move with your volume.
- What does paying yearly cost?
- $290 a year. That works out to two months free compared with paying monthly.
- How do I cancel?
- Any time, from your billing page. You keep access through the end of what you have paid for, and you keep your report PDFs.
- Who handles my card?
- Polar, our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
